Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for choosing Incrediwear Equine!
If you are not entirely sure about the efficiency of Incrediwear Equine products or principles
of Incrediwear technology, please contact us, we will gladly assist you and provide detailed
information and suggestions for the use of products.
If, due to any reasons, you would like to return your purchase, before return please study
the return and refund conditions below and make sure that the products are eligible for
return.
RETURNS & REFUNDS: “No questions asked” U.S. returns:
Unused and used products:
You have 5 days from the time your order is delivered to initiate a “No questions
asked” return by dropping off your return at the USPS post office. Please send us the
return tracking number and your order number to info@regalrehab.nl to
make sure we are able to identify your return;
Reference dates are the order delivery date provided by USPS tracking to the buyer,
as well as the shipping date of the returned parcel, based on its tracking information.
As an example - the package received on March 25 should be sent back to us on
March 29th;
The returned parcel has to be trackable;
The price of the products is refunded to the credit card linked to the order within 30
days. Shipping costs are not refunded in such cases;
Please note: if the products are returned later than within 5 days after their receipt
and the products are used, a refund is not made and the products will be returned to
the buyer.
Standard returns: Unused products:
Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days after
their purchase;
The price of the products is refunded to the credit card linked to the order within 30
days. Shipping costs are not refunded in such case;
Used products:
Return of used products later than within 5 days after their receipt is not accepted;
The exception includes products with obvious manufacturing defects reported
within 60 days after the purchase. In this case, Incrediwear Equine issues a pre-paid
return shipping label and replaces defective products. To clarify whether the
products qualify for the manufacturing defect, please send several photos of the
defect and the order number to e-mail: hello@incrediwearequine.com. Incrediwear
Equine reserves the right to refuse the return of products if the justification of the
manufacturing defect is doubtful and there is reason to believe that the defect was
caused by the behavior of the horse or the way the product was used (the product
was torn on nails, cut on the horseshoe, used in combination with other products,
washed or used contrary to the instructions, etc.).
Your return will make a change!
All returned Incrediwear Equine products are prepared and donated to horse rescue
non-profit organizations where they are used in the horse recovery and rehabilitation
process. As the number of returned products is small, Incrediwear Equine regularly donates
additional new products as well.
REPLACEMENTS: Unused products:
Unused products in their original packaging can be exchanged within 30 days after
their purchase and replaced with any other Incrediwear Equine product;
If the value of the replacement product is higher than the value of the initially
purchased product, the difference is borne by the buyer; If the value of the
replacement product is lower than the value of the initially purchased product,
Incrediwear Equine refunds the difference to the buyer;
In the event of a change of products, the shipping costs of return shall be borne by
the buyer.
Used products:
Replacement of used Incrediwear Equine products is not accepted. The exception
includes products with obvious manufacturing defects reported within 60 days after
the purchase.

Unfortunately, we can’t take any responsibility for the horse’s peculiarities (including
behavioral habits or anatomic features) and grooming techniques, which might be a cause of
the item damage or dissatisfaction with a product. Please note that Incrediwear Equine
products are therapeutic products and therapeutic results can't be guaranteed, just like in
Human healthcare, therefore dissatisfaction with the results won't be accepted as the reason
for the return and/or refund.

well-being. To ensure you have the best experience with our product, we have outlined
important information regarding our returns policy.
Important Considerations for Using Incrediwear Equine Hoof Socks
Our Hoof Socks are crafted using premium germanium and carbonized charcoal-infused
yarn, resulting in a soft, comfortable, and 3D knitted Circulation Hoof sock. Due to the nature
of their use, the knitted fabric can be susceptible to tearing from sharp edges of horseshoes
or hoof nails, as well as damage from biting or rubbing against surfaces. Understanding
these inherent characteristics is essential to ensure the longevity and effectiveness of the
Hoof Socks.
Therefore there are a few important factors to keep in mind:
Horseshoes and Hoof Nails:
1. Hooves with Horseshoes: Horseshoes have nails inside that can potentially tear
the fabric of the Hoof Socks when they are pulled over the hoof.
2. Bare Hooves: Even if your horse does not wear horseshoes, hoof nails can have
sharp edges or protruding parts that may cause the fabric to tear when they are
pulled over the hoof.
Mechanical damage:
1. Biting: Horses may bite or chew on the Hoof Socks, which can cause damage to the
fabric.
2. Rubbing and Striking: The Hoof Socks may be damaged if your horse rubs or
strikes its leg against hard surfaces, such as stall walls, fences, or other objects.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Non-Refundable/Non-Replaceable Damages:
Mechanical Damage: Any damage caused by horseshoes, hoof nails, biting, rubbing, or
striking is not considered a manufacturing defect. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or
replacements for products damaged in these ways.
User Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the user to take care when putting on and
using the Hoof Socks to prevent damage.
2. Manufacturing Defects:
Eligible for Return/Replacement: If the product has a clear manufacturing
defect that affects its performance or durability, we will gladly replace the item
or issue a refund. Please contact us with details and images of the defect for
evaluation.
Tips for Preventing Damage
To extend the life of your Incrediwear Equine Hoof Socks, we recommend the following
precautions:
Apply and remove the product with caution: Roll up the Hoof sock in a donut
shape and carefully pull it over the hoof avoiding tearing the fabric. Can use duct
tape on nails or a plastic bag to cover the hooves to avoid tears.
Use a Protective Bag: Use a thick plastic or nylon bag over the hooves to pull the
sock on and off. This will help prevent damage to the socks while putting them on or
taking them off.
Monitor Use: Check the Hoof Socks for signs of wear and tear, and remove them if
you notice any damage to prevent further tearing.
Repair Small Holes: To increase the lifespan of Hoof Socks, smaller or bigger holes
can be sewn without affecting the product's ability to function effectively.
