How can I place an order on Regal Rehab?

To order, simply add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. During checkout, you’ll be asked to select the size, color, and form, as well as choose whether you want to purchase or rent the product. For example, when purchasing the Equery blanket, you’ll receive an email to schedule a consultation and delivery, as proper guidance is necessary. We will personally deliver the product and provide expert advice, all at no extra cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer shipping within Europe. Please note that shipping times outside of the Netherlands may take longer due to the distance and customs processing.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items to us. Please send the products back to:

What are your shipping times?

Due to the nature of our products, some items are shipped directly from the supplier and require insurance, as they are valuable. As a result, delivery times may sometimes be longer than expected. Do your products come with a warranty?

How do I exchange a product?

We do not handle direct exchanges. If you want to exchange a product:

Please return the product as described and make sure you follow the return procedure.

Afterwards you can order a new product in our web-store.

How do I make a claim?

We always try to solve complaints regarding faulty products the easiest way possible. Contact our customer service team via email, info@regalrehab.nl with your order number and pictures of the faulty product.

Can i add/change something in an order thats already placed?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change products in an order that has already been placed. Since we always aim to send your order as soon as possible we cannot make any changes once your order is registered in our system.

What do I do if I have received a faulty item?

We always try to solve complaints the easiest way possible. Contact us via email (info@regalrehab.nl) with your order number and pictures of the faulty product.

How do I create an account?

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can also place an order without an account.

Where can I enter my discount code?

If you have a discount code you can enter this in the checkout.

After clicking on "Checkout," you'll find a field labeled "Discount Code." Simply enter your code there and click "Apply." The discount will be applied to your order.

Can I combinate multipe discount codes?

Unfortunately it is not possible to combine discount codes. If you have any questions about this we are happy to help you via email!
