2. Orders and Payment

2.1 Orders can only be placed through the webshop.
2.2 The following payment methods are accepted: iDeal, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, and UnionPay.
2.3 All prices on the website include VAT unless stated otherwise.
2.4 Regal Rehab reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if payment is not received or in cases of misuse.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Delivery is available within Europe. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
3.2 Regal Rehab aims to deliver orders within 5 to 10 business days. However, delays may occur, and Regal Rehab is not liable for damages due to delayed delivery.
3.3 Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Errors in the provided address are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

4.1 Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the order number.
4.2 Returns must be sent to: Wilhelminalaan 28, 4905AW Oosterhout, the Netherlands.
4.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
4.4 Products specifically made for the customer cannot be returned.

5. User Contributions

5.1 Customers may post reviews and other content on the website, provided they do not violate laws, third-party rights, or are deemed offensive.
5.2 Regal Rehab reserves the right to remove user contributions without explanation.
