Return and refund policy of Regal Rehab
At Regal Rehab, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may be eligible to return your purchase under the terms outlined below. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Returns are accepted within 14 days of the product’s delivery date.
1.2 To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
1.3 Products that are customized or specifically made for the customer are not eligible for returns.
2. Return Process
2.1 To initiate a return, please email us at info@regalrehab.nl with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
2.2 Do not return the product directly to the supplier or manufacturer. All returns must be sent to:
Wilhelminalaan 28, 4905AW Oosterhout, The Netherlands.
2.3 Include your order number in the return package.
3. Return Shipping Costs
3.1 Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of return items.
3.2 If the return shipment is not insured and the package is lost in transit, Regal Rehab cannot be held liable for the loss. Any associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refunds
4.1 Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
4.2 Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after the returned item is received and approved.
4.3 Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
4.4 Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
5.1 If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us at info@regalrehab.nl immediately with:
- Your order number.
- Photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect item.
5.2 Actions for defective or incorrect products vary depending on the item and are covered under our Warranty Policy.
6. International Returns
6.1 Returns are only accepted for customers within Europe.
6.2 International return processing times may vary depending on the shipping method used.
7. Important Notes
7.1 All returns must be pre-approved by contacting info@regalrehab.nl before shipping the package back.
7.2 Returns sent without prior approval or missing the order number may not be processed.
7.3 Customers must send the return to the address provided by Regal Rehab and not to the original supplier.
